A: Orders have a 14 business day turnaround time. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Q: DO YOU OFFER RUSH SHIPPING?
A: If you have a trip coming up, just let us know! We will do our best to accommodate you (we need at least 8 business days ahead of time notice).
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: At this time we do not ship internationally but it is something we are looking to add in the near future. Keep an eye on our Instagram for updates!
Q: HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?
A: There is a size guide listed under every item with exact measurements so please review those before purchasing.
Q: DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
A: We are no longer accepting custom orders due to the volume of orders we receive every week.
Q: CAN MONOGRAMS BE SUBSTITUTED/LEFT OFF?
A: Yes! Send us an email with your idea before you order and we will find the perfect substitution for you!
Q: DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN'S SIZES?
A: Child Sizes are available by request at this moment in time but only with selected designs! Send us an email with what design you are looking at and we will try and get shirts for your kiddos!
Q: WILL I GET AN EMAIL WHEN MY ITEM(S) SHIPS?
A: Yes! You will get an email confirmation with tracking information once your item has been shipped. (Or a text if you put your phone number)
Q: CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY ITEM?
A: Since all shirts are custom stitched to order, we have a no return/no exchange policy. Please double check sizing and message us with any questions prior to purchasing.
However, if there is a problem with the shirt you received, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can resolve the issue.
Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: All orders are promptly printed and processed, therefore we are unable to cancel or alter orders once they have been placed.
