Q: HOW OFTEN ARE SHOP OPENINGS?

A: Shop opening will be every Tuesday at 3pm EST unless announced on our social medias.

Q: WHY IS EVERYTHING SOLD OUT?

A: We leave a shop preview up during the week so you can plan your purchase! Our site will go down on Monday night so we can prepare for the opening on Tuesday!

Q: DO YOU OFFER RUSH SHIPPING?

A: We try to accommodate all trip dates! If you have trip coming up, send us an email BEFORE YOU ORDER so we can make sure we can get your order to you in time!

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: International shipping is now available! If you don't see a rate available for your area, please send us an email!

Q: HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?

A: There is a size guide listed under every item with exact measurements so please review those before purchasing.

Q: DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

A: We are no longer accepting custom orders due to the volume of orders we receive every week.

Q: DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN'S SIZES?

A: Child Sizes are not available at this time (but are coming soon!).

Q: WILL I GET AN EMAIL WHEN MY ITEM(S) SHIPS?

A: Yes! You will get an email confirmation with tracking information once your item has been shipped. (Or a text if you put your phone number)

Q: CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY ITEM?

A: Since all shirts are custom stitched to order, we have a no return/no exchange policy. Please double check sizing and message us with any questions prior to purchasing.

However, if there is a problem with the shirt you received, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can resolve the issue.

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: All orders are promptly printed and processed. Therefore, orders can not be cancelled.
